Marc is dual professionally qualified as a chartered Quantity Surveyor and is a qualified registered member counsellor of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. As a recognised expert in standard forms of contracts within the construction industry, Marc has reached senior levels within PLC construction firms and has dealt with several high-profile, complex multi-million-pound construction projects. He has developed expertise in dispute resolution by acting as a party representative in construction disputes.
He is currently undertaking a Level 5 Diploma in Adjudication with a view to being appointed to industry adjudication panels as part of his ongoing commitment to CPD. Over the last 20 years, Marc has set up and successfully run a small number of SMEs and has developed a reputation for innovative approaches. Marc created the multi-platform mobile phone Q Surveying app and the first online Quantity Surveying consultancy.
Marc is a champion for mental health in the construction sector and was asked by representative bodies to deliver webinars during the pandemic. He continues to support the industry and has guested on Men’s Radio. He has a strong network of connections and is well known, having over 8,400 connections on LinkedIn.

With over 15 years of industry experience, Parm has an extensive background in quantity surveying, estimating and construction consulting. He has founded and successfully grown several award-winning construction businesses while building a multi-million-pound property portfolio. Having personally worked on thousands of construction projects of all scales and complexities, Parm has in-depth knowledge of every stage of the process, from initial cost plans to final accounts. This allows him to view disputes solely from a construction point of view, providing clients with unparalleled support. Parm uses his ability to quickly identify discrepancies in contracts and find a feasible solution to simplify the resolution processes, allowing projects to progress with minimal delay.
Alongside running his businesses, Parm is also a highly reputable business coach and specialises in mentoring construction professionals. From one-to-one sessions and day courses to monthly mastermind groups, Parm is passionate about arming others with the tools they need to grow their construction company. He also has an impressive network of LinkedIn connections in excess of 9,000 and is continually looking for new ways to develop further in the industry.
